Our company possess a well-equipped and ultra-modern infrastructural unit. The production facility we possess allows us to take bulks orders and fulfil the same within a stipulated time frame. To ensure a smooth manufacturing process, we have divided the production process into five units which are as follows:

Production Facilities

A blended spice powder is a mixture of spices of varying compositions. The powder is a pre-mix and only has to be added while cooking the food.

Our production capacity is 750 metric tonnes (MT) per month. The production facility ensures maximum resource utilization and minimum wastage of time. All the machinery is handled by experienced and skilled labour. The entire production process is automated with no human contact.

Manpower

Our entire production unit is managed by an experienced and knowledgeable team. Our production process is a combination of technology and manpower. For every stage we have a team who manages everything. With the help of our dealing agents, sales executives and hi-tech transportation facility, we deliver our spices in the national as well as international market.

Quality Control

We are equipped with a quality control laboratory. We conduct quality control tests using latest analytic testing instruments at every state of production.

Research and Development (R&D)

We also have a complex research and development department that constantly shares its inputs with the production team on how to improve existing products and produce new products.

Packaging

Packaging is the most important aspect when it comes to food products. Thus, we take strict measures to ensure secure packaging of all our products. We ensure airtight and safe packaging of all our powdered as well as blended spices. The packaging material we use ensures longer shelf life, optimum purity, freshness and aroma.

We use poly bags and corrugated boxes to pack our products to make it free from contamination, moisture and foreign substances. We also have a warehousing unit that allow us to store our products in an organised manner. We ensure the flavour, taste and aroma of the spices is kept intact.

The products are sealed and labelled in order to differentiate the products from other products. Clients can choose from our superior packaging options for improved convenience and brand awareness. We can also customise the packing on client requirement.
